我国首台极紫外波段物质吸收谱台式化仪器研制成功

11月5日消息,据媒体报道,安徽国科量光技术有限公司(以下简称“国科量光”)近日在合肥发布国内首台极紫外波段物质吸收谱台式化仪器。
该产品的成功研制,标志着我国在高端科学仪器领域取得重要突破,为关键检测技术实现自主可控再添“国产力量”。
国科量光是中国科学技术大学科技成果赋权转化的典型代表,公司专注于紫外至X射线波段(涵盖深紫外、真空紫外、极紫外及软X射线)的高亮度小型化光源及相关科研仪器研发。
其产品体系覆盖吸收谱、光电子谱、短波长显微成像设备,以及面向工业产线的原位检测装备,并提供相应波段的检测服务。
据国科量光首席科学家胡广月教授介绍,该仪器采用激光等离子体技术,在高亮度短波长光源的台式化方面实现关键突破,具备可规模化生产、占地面积小、成本较低等优势。它不仅是对传统同步辐射大科学装置的有益补充,更有望为我国新材料、新能源等战略性新兴产业的发展提供全新科研与检测手段。
胡广月指出:“该仪器不仅为前沿科研发展提供了有力支撑,更首次将高精度极紫外检测技术直接嵌入工业产线,为解决先进制造领域的核心检测难题提供了自主可控的国产化方案。”
合肥市科学技术局局长范进在发布会上表示,国科量光是合肥市构建创新生态、落实国家高水平科技自立自强战略的生动实践,充分展现了地方在推动科技成果高效转化方面的显著成效。
