国内首个光子AI智能引擎在南京诞生

3 月 3 日消息，据南京市投资促进局消息，南京江北新区企业南京南智先进光电集成技术研究院有限公司（以下简称“南智光电”）联合南京知满科技等合作伙伴开发出国内首个光子 AI 智能引擎“OptoChat AI”，并已完成内部测试，计划 3 月正式上线，免费开放给业界使用。

据介绍，该智能引擎基于 DeepSeek 等国内顶尖大语言模型和半导体行业模型，结合超过 30 万项专利文献和行业数据库的深度赋能，计划为全球科研和产业机构提供全新技术支持，构建光子芯片研发、生产的“新链路”。

去年 4 月，南智光电启动首条“薄膜铌酸锂 + X”异质集成光子芯片产线。目前产线运行情况稳定，已交付两批薄膜铌酸锂光子芯片产品。去年年底，南智光电与合作伙伴研发光子芯片 AI 智能引擎 ——OptoChat，其配备数据分析与智能算法，深度融合高精度光通信等技术，通过智能数据处理与行业模型训练，可优化光电器件设计。

从南京市投资促进局获悉，除启动首条“薄膜铌酸锂 + X”异质集成光子芯片产线外，南智光电还是国内首个实现 8 英寸铌酸锂光子芯片流片的企业，还发布了国内首个晶圆级铌酸锂光子芯片 PDK（标准工艺包）。
